No matter where you live, this year’s allergy season has been downright miserable with many suffering with sneezing, stuffy nose and watery eyes. Here’s a recipe that I’ve found to be extremely beneficial and healing:
Turmeric, Honey & Ginger Tea
- 1 cup water
- ground turmeric
- ground ginger
- nut or soy milk
- raw honey
In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add turmeric and ginger, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes.
Stir in milk and strain tea into a cup. Add honey and enjoy!
