What You’ll need
- 1 bunch of collard greens.
- 2 dozen ice cubes.
First, cut the stem off from each of the leaves at the base of the collard.
Place the leaves one at a time in simmering water for 30 seconds. Place leaf in a bowl of water with your 2 dozen ice cubes (what’s known to cooks as an ice water bath) for about 10 seconds. Take the leaf out and pat dry with a kitchen towel. When you go to use the wrap, just place the ingredients on top and roll it up like a tortilla!
